Last year my client bought a condo downtown. John was the buyer’s lawyer. When he read the status certificate, he found that there was a lawsuit with the management office. At the same time, one of my colleagues had a deal in the same building. Her client waived the condition. I contacted her and asked whether their lawyer knew there was a lawsuit. She told me that their lawyer said everything was perfect. Later, John successfully settled the issue by providing a solution that protected the buyer, and the buyer was very happy and satisfied. After the closing the buyer was happy and told me John is the best.
